Nationally, 5% of the responding companies were not currently in operation. Of those, most were in states whose lockdowns and shelter in place (SIP) restrictions are still in place, such as CA, IL and MA. Otherwise, nationally, companies performing Involuntary repossessions represented only 24% of the agency activity, while Voluntary and Impound Repossessions were the bulk of the available work and in SIP affected states, the only available work.

Staff Levels

With multiple companies in multiple locations, it would require an additional numerator to get a deeper understanding of staffing levels, but the weighted national averages for the following roles are as follows;
