Lender, collector, agency owner, agent or forwarder, you MUST listen to DRN’s Jeremiah Wheeler’s thoughts on the great LPR shutdown and the reason fees never rise
I’ve listened to a lot of episodes of Patrick Altes’ Repo America, but last night I caught one that really hit the nail on the head. While many demonize DRN, you may be surprised at Jeremiah’s insight into the decades old problem of low repo fees. He also hints at the results of DRN’s agent owners panel in what may result in the upcoming firing of several forwarding companies that DRN partners with.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Jeremiah for several years and have always known him to be professional, friendly and extremely intelligent. In Patrick’s most recent, and probably best, episode of the industry voice, “Repo America” Jeremiah’s insights into the root problems with the lending world are perfectly spelled out.
You may not agree with his opinion on the Florida forwarder blackout, and now elsewhere, but please listen. Having spent 20 plus years in banking and the credit union world, his explanation of the silo’d department expenses environment is pretty accurate.
These are important times for the repossession industry. Times for change and time to sit down, today or over the weekend and listen. Jeremiah may be the best ally the repossession industry has in the vendor world.
