Through their investigation, they shined light on some disturbing allegations levelled at Humphrey’s wife, mother-in-law and one of his drivers. These allegations, accompanied with new evidence led to a Grand Jury indictment and an arrest soon after.

Humphrey’s company, Texas State Impound and Recovery Inc., aka; Fort Bend Impound and Recovery inc., was still in operation as of the 2020 filming of the episode. This episode of “Cold Justice”, titled Holiday Homicide” aired on Saturday, July 10 and is available on demand or may be streamed here through your cable provider.
