I am honored to serve as the Chair of the newly formed Key Process Committee established by the American Recovery Association (ARA). Alongside my Co-Chair, John Kimbrell, we invite agents and lenders to actively engage with our committee.

Through collaboration, education, and transparency, our goal is to develop and implement best practices that address growing concerns within the key process. By working together, we can find effective solutions that support the entire recovery industry.
