The energy at the North American Repossession Summit never gets old, and this year was no exception. We were thrilled to be back among so many familiar faces — and plenty of new ones — as agents, lenders, forwarders, and partners gathered under one roof to share ideas, exchange honest feedback, and talk through where our industry is headed.
At MBSi, everything we build is client-driven. Events like NARS give us the chance to step away from our screens and sit across the table from the people who use our products every day — and that makes all the difference. Those conversations are candid, direct, and grounded in real-world experience. That kind of feedback doesn’t just inform what we build next; it shapes how we build it.
Introducing our LocateSmarter Integration
One of the highlights of the show was the opportunity to introduce our new LocateSmarter integration, which launched earlier this month. The integration is built around a simple goal: reducing the friction agents face in their day-to-day workflow so they can spend less time navigating various platforms and more time focusing on locating and recovering vehicles. The response from folks at the show was encouraging, and we’re looking forward to seeing the impact as more agents get their hands on it.
More Transparency, More Insights
We were also excited to showcase a couple of other solutions that are making a real difference for our clients. Our lien verification solution gives recovery agents and forwarders the ability to see whether a case’s lienholder has been verified prior to assignment — providing confidence that it’s safe to move forward with repossession and creating greater transparency across the entire chain between lenders, forwarders, and agents.
Another big highlight was our Loanbridge integration, which allows lenders to view vehicle event data directly within our platform, putting all the data they need in one place to make informed decisions about recovery efforts. Partnerships like this are a direct reflection of our platform goal: helping our users streamline their workflows to make quicker, smarter decisions.
Hearing From the Field on RCM
We also had some great conversations around RCM. Hearing directly from users about what’s working, what could be improved, and what they’d love to see next is exactly the kind of input that shapes where we take the product. Every piece of feedback helps us build something that actually works for the people in the field, and we don’t take that lightly.
Already Looking Forward to Next Year
A big thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared their time, and spoke openly with our team. And a bigger thank you to the American Recovery Association for putting on another great show! We’re already looking forward to coming back next year with more updates, more improvements, and even more to celebrate together.
