Woman Assaults Repo Lot Employee and Steals Back Car

Temple, TX – 8 November 2019 – A 40-year-old woman stands accused of stealing her repossessed car back and almost injuring a repossession yard employee helping her get her personal property.

40-year-old Kaskia Jackson was eventually tracked down to Oklahoma and extradited to face charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Her bond was set at $150,000.

The original incident occurred on April 4th, when Jackson’s vehicle had been repossessed and stored at the recovery yard of BAT Recovery in Temple, Texas.

Police were called after a report of a woman, whom was believed to be Jackson, had come to recover her personal property from the recovered vehicle.

Employees of the recovery agency reported that Jackson, instead of simply removing her belongings, started the car and sped away, nearly striking a lot worker in the process.

The Muskogee Police Department, in Oklahoma, located Jackson on October 23rd, placing her under arrest and extraditing her back to Bell County late Thursday night, Texas to face charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
