State Associations to Give Annual Presentation at NARS 2026

State association leaders from across the country will present the annual State Associations Meeting during the North American Repossessors Summit (NARS) 2026. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 8 at 4:15 PM in the Collier Room.

All NARS attendees are invited to join state association leaders as they review each state’s accomplishments over the past year and highlight the progress being made to strengthen professionalism within the repossession industry. This session will provide a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas and align efforts across state associations.

During the presentation, state leaders will discuss solutions to key industry challenges, including fair pricing, fuel surcharges, and municipal overreach. Participants will also gain insight into the purpose and importance of state associations, guidance on how to establish a state association, and learn of the benefits of state licensing.
