Roundtables are back and better for 2021 NARS—and joining us this year is Andy Sinclair! Andy Sinclair will walk through how to ensure you are getting paid for your work, including proper contracts and follow-up.
With a passion for analyzing business statistics to propel his company to the next level, Andy Sinclair currently works as the Information and Systems Manager at International Recovery Systems. In this role, Andy utilizes different reporting models to assist in making sound business decisions and recently developed an app to aid other associates in completing their daily tasks. Prior to coming on-board with IRS in 2016, Andy held various surveillance roles including the Surveillance Supervisor position at a casino as well as private investigations firm. He holds a Criminal Justice degree from Wilmington University and recently received his Master’s in Business Intelligence and Analytics from Saint Joseph’s University in May 2020. Andy resides in Lincoln University, PA with his wife and dog and can commonly be found at various Philadelphia sporting events when he is not at work.
