Smith County, TX – 10 August 2018 – The Smith County Sheriff’s Office has a suspect in custody after shots were fired during a car repossession.
An investigation is currently underway after someone fired shots at a person trying to repossess a vehicle, according to the Smith County Sheriff’s Office.
Sgt. Darrell Coslin said the incident occurred in the 9100 block of County Road 274 just before 4 p.m. Friday.
He also said that no one has been injured and that deputies are currently on the scene.
