Allegedly, t borrower jumped into his car and attempted to leave, striking the repossession agent’s vehicle and hitting the agent’s leg with his car.
Reportedly at this point, several shots were fired into the borrower’s car, but Captain Spurlin reported that police were unsure as to who had fired the shots.
Police report that no one was struck by any of the fired rounds and that the repossessor left the scene before officers arrived. The agent reportedly took himself to Tenova Hospital for medical treatment.
The police investigation is ongoing and the names of the parties involved has not yet been released.
