Madison County, AL – December 13, 2023 – Details are again thin, but according to sources and the local news, there has been yet another repossession related killing. This time in Alabama where it is reported to CURepossession, that at about 7pm Wednesday night, a camera car driver was killed and the repossession agent seriously wounded and hospitalized by gunfire in an upscale Madison County neighborhood.

New reports that a tow truck and another vehicle were seen being towed away from the scene of the crime on Wedgewood Drive. The tow truck is reported to have decals on it showing it belonging to B&S Collateral Recovery. Images provided in their report show a DOT number of 3925239, which confirms its belonging to the Guntersville, Alabama repossession agency.
The name(s) of the victims has not yet been released, but the alleged shoot is named as 47-year-old Warren Siao. He was booked into the Madison County Jail early Thursday morning on a murder charge related to Wednesday night’s shooting.
More details will be provided as they are released. Assuming this is correct, this marks two repossessors killed in two days and seven in the last six months.
