DUH!
Chattanooga, TN – 12 February, 2020 – A Criminal Court jury on Wednesday returned guilty verdicts against the Chattanooga “Bat Woman” who used a baseball bat to express her frustration on a repossession agent’s truck as he was attempting to repossess her car.
With no further witnesses called and a short deliberation by the jury, Cathleen Reeves, who was the subject of the infamous, YouTube blasted, 2018 baseball bat attack on a Chattanooga Repossession Agent, was found guilty of vandalism and aggravated assault.
Her sentencing is scheduled for April 16th at 1:30pm by Judge Tom Greenholtz.
Aside from testimony by the repossession agent and witnessing neighbors, the jury’s verdict was doubtlessly the result of their earlier viewed profanity-laced videos of the incident from Nov. 15, 2018. Source: The Chattanoogan
