“y’all are some dead mother (expletives),” according to the complaint
Rouseville Borough, PA – Getting the recovery agents to leave wasn’t enough for one Venango County man. Gun in hand, on a Thursday afternoon, he hopped into his truck and chased them down. Good news is, the agents got away. Bad news is, the borrower did too, but not for long.
According to court records, two unnamed repossession agents arrived at the residence of 55-year-old Daniel A. Chrispen of Oil City. Contact happened and Mr. Chrispen was not having it.
Wisely, the agents retreated. Not satisfied, Chrispin, still armed, jumped into his white Ford, F-150 and took chase.
Catching up to them, he pulled up on the driver side of the tow truck and lowered his gun on them. “y’all are some dead mother (expletives),” he is reported to have threatened, according to the complaint.
Shaking him loose, agents met with the at the Oil City Police Department where they told their tale.
This was December 15th. Chrispen was not arrested at this time. However…
On December 21st, Chrispen was charged with a laundry list of crimes; two misdemeanor charges of recklessly endangering another person, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, two misdemeanor charges of simple assault and one charge of terrorist threat.
Chrispen is scheduled to appear before Magisterial District Judge Andrew F. Fish on January 18th at the Venango County Central Court.
