Company Addresses Arrest of Minority Owner

In a statement provided directly to CURepossession, Michelle Mauck of Mauck Recovery confirmed that Jeffrey Mauck’s employment with the company was terminated effective Monday, October 26, 2026, and that he is no longer authorized to represent the business or conduct business on its behalf.

The statement further identifies Mauck as a minority owner of the company and confirms that steps are being taken to formally remove his ownership interest.

“I have personally distanced myself from Jeff,” the statement reads. “Outside of the necessary steps to resolve his removal as a minority owner, our contact is limited.”

The company emphasized its continued commitment to its clients and business relationships.

“I take this situation seriously and remain committed to maintaining the professionalism, integrity, and service standards you have come to expect from Mauck Recovery,” Michelle stated.

The company also expressed its willingness to address concerns from clients and business associates.

The criminal allegations concern Mauck individually. No allegations of wrongdoing by Mauck Recovery or its employees have been identified in the publicly reported case.
