Sumter, SC – July 23, 2013 – Third Circuit Judge George C. James Jr. is expected to render a decision at 4 p.m. Wednesday as to whether 82 year-old Alton Shelley, accused of murdering 38 year-old Todd Showell in November 2012 should be granted immunity from prosecution for murder.
