08/1/2021 – In 2011, shortly after Eagle Group XX was formed, the members began to collectively work together to develop affordable training programs for the agents in the field, (FIELD AGENT COMPLIANCE TRAINING-FACT), the support personnel in the office and on the lot, (Support Employee Compliance Training-SECT) and finally realizing the danger and possibility of confrontations and interaction with consumers a program was designed to address such encounters for all employees, (Situational Awareness and Confrontational Avoidance Techniques-SACAT).
In recent months the news has been filled with stories related to recovery agents and consumers being injured in altercations, shot while attempting to repossess mortgaged collateral and suffering grievous injuries while the recovery process was being attempted. Recovery Agents have lost their lives, and this highly disturbs the members of Eagle Group XX.
In response to these violent occurrences the members of Eagle Group XX are again offering the SACAT safety training modules to all members of the recovery industry at NO COST.
The SACAT safety training program consists of three modules,

(1) an online training manual,
(2) a power point for group training
(3) a proficiency test.
These modules will be sent to your specified email address simply by emailing Rbrown@CSI-ARM.com and requesting them. Be sure and include the code FREEMODULES2020CUC.
Again, I would clarify… Eagle Group XX provides this training material to any member of the recovery industry at “NO CHARGE” and you may use it as you see fit.
If you desire to receive “Credentialing” you must study the material, complete the test and mail the completed test along with $19.95 per test, payable to Eagle Group XX to:

Upon receipt of the completed test it will be graded, any remediation required provided, and a registered and numbered Credentialing Certificate emailed to you. All credentialing certificates expire on the last calendar day of the current year.
The credentialing fee of $19.95 also includes quarterly continuing education programs which will qualify you for the next years CE requirements to maintain your credential status.
