LPS Contract Next Steps Update
ARA Members,
In early August, ARA board members met with the leadership at Loss Prevention Services (LPS) to review the new contract LPS plans to put out. We appreciated LPS’s willingness to sit down with us and discuss critical issues with an open mind and be receptive to changes that will benefit all of us. However, we did anticipate having some progress to announce at this point and we unfortunately do not.
Both ARA and LPS came away with items to review/work on and we anticipated getting back together in the next two weeks, but LPS has been unresponsive despite our continuous outreach.
As always, we will continue our efforts to ensure you and your business are supported and protected to the maximum extent possible,
