Although Collateral Recovery Team has not yet been formally served in this matter, we have reviewed portions of the lawsuit that has been filed. The complaint outlines six allegations against our company, and we categorically and unequivocally deny each and every one of them.

These claims are completely without merit and misrepresent the facts. Collateral Recovery Team has always operated lawfully, ethically, and with the highest level of professional standards. We will not allow false accusations to damage the reputation we have built.

We have retained legal counsel and are fully prepared to aggressively defend ourselves. We look forward to addressing these baseless allegations in a court of law, where the full truth will come to light and Collateral Recovery Team will be vindicated.

We intend to pursue all appropriate legal remedies available to us and will not be commenting further while this matter proceeds through the legal system.

As of the time of this story, there have been no other known statements by the other two defendants.
