Cincinnati, OH – July 20, 2023 – The tow truck had left the scene of the repossession without incident, but things were only getting started. Looking behind them, they had company. Intent on getting the car back, the driver of the old Pontiac G6 was determined and took drastic measures.
Cincinnati Police are investigating a crash involving a tow truck who had just repossessed a vehicle and another vehicle. Police report that after the tow truck lifted and left with the car, another man hopped into another vehicle in pursuit.
Desperate, the pursuing driver rammed the tow truck, but in the process lost control of the Pontiac G6 he was driving. Careening off the road, he crashed his car into a tree before fleeing the scene of the crash on foot.
Police soon arrived and captured the unnamed suspect. No injuries were reported and no charges have been announced as of yet.
