April showers bring May flowers – the old saying goes, but Mother nature in many areas of the country seems a little confused. Let’s just say the weather, at least in Pennsylvania, has been terrible 5inches of snow on the 18th. I am so proud of our efforts to engage the entire industry to address long-standing problems with contracts, the need for updates, ancillary fees, portal communication issues, LPR concerns, dual assignments, and duplication of efforts on so many fronts.
