Mobile, AL – December 14, 2022 – It was a sunny afternoon when a pair of repossession agents pulled into the midtown apartment complex looking for a car. Fortunately, they spotted it. Unfortunately, her boyfriend spotted them first and opened fire.
According to police, a pair of unnamed repossession agents arrived at a midtown Mobile apartment complex to repossess a vehicle from a woman known to reside there. Unbeknownst to them, 26-year-old Arterious Morgan was her boyfriend.

Apparently aware of their intention, Morgan beat them to it. Allegedly running to the car, he was quick to jump into it. But before making a getaway, police claim that Morgan opened fire on them.
Their tow truck was reported to have been struck, and fortunately, neither of the agents were injured. Morgan is still at large.
Arterious Morgan is reported to be 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and 160 pounds. He has been charged with two counts of assault and one count of shooting into an occupied car vehicle.
