The Eagles Know… But Does the Recovery Industry Really Know?

Do the men and women in the asset recovery industry really know the debt of gratitude they owe to a leader in the LPR industry?

Insight LPR has listened and reacted positively to the recovery industry regarding agent safety and the dangers of situations where more than one agent shows up at the same location to recover the same vehicle.

Insight LPR worked diligently to analyze the root cause of this dangerous phenomenon in order to determine what creates this dangerous risk of sending overlapping assignment information to multiple agents for the same location.

Insight LPR clearly stated to the recovery industry that they feel that agent safety is non-negotiable and developed data dispatching policies that prioritize agent safety. When agents, lenders, or forwarders partner with Insight LPR, they are assured that Insight LPR will never dispatch vehicle location information to multiple sources; their dispatch program is designed to only send the data to the scanning agency.

Insight LPR, through dedicated research, has also determined that multi-platform strategies enhance competition, innovation, and asset recovery and as such they remain committed to providing lenders, agents, and forwarders with choices.

A couple of other major issues in the recovery industry have been the very restrictive “NON-COMPETE” clauses and mandatory equipment purchases. Insight LPR has always taken a different approach to these touchy issues and does not impose non-compete clauses that limit an agent’s ability to also use other LPR platforms nor do they require mandatory equipment purchases.
