Nashville, TN – January 12, 2016 – A standoff that lasted several hours at a home in Madison has come to an end and a suspect is in custody after a standoff in Nashville on Monday night around 10:30 p.m. The incident began after a Repo Man and a Woman attempted to repossess a truck from Thomas Krasnow.
The Metro Nashville Police were called after Krasnow punched the woman in the face, vandalized his truck and went inside threatening to get a shotgun.
Police blocked several streets after Krasnow barricaded himself inside him home. After 7 hours, the SWAT team got inside and he was taken into custody.
No one was injured. Krasnow, who has an outstanding warrant for harassment, is now facing two counts of aggravated assault, vandalism and possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.
