One of NARS 2026’s highest-rated panels returns for 75 minutes of candid discussion about the financial issues facing the repossession industry.
One of the highest-rated sessions at NARS 2026, the North American Repossessors Summit, is back by request. Attendees asked to keep the conversation going, so the panel returns live on Zoom for an open dialogue on invoicing, fees, and payments, and what more transparency could look like on both sides of the invoice. We set aside 75 minutes to leave extra room for your questions.
Your panel: recovery agency owners Darcy Case (Indiana Recovery Services) and Kristen Ithurburu (Zane Investigations); Daniel Valdes, Director of Redemptions & Repossessions at Ally Bank; and Dave Baker, Vice President of PAR North America.

Who should attend
Recovery agency owners and managers, the team members who handle billing and payments, and lenders who work with recovery agencies.
