Where the repossession industry gets its news

Thank You DRN from the Eagle Group XX/USA

FOR IMMEDIATE PUBLICATION

On behalf of the members of Eagle Group XX/USA I would like to thank Jeremiah Wheeler and the other members of DRN for their concern and action related to the safety of recovery agents in the field. Too many agents have been injured or in some cases killed due to the way assignments flow to the industry.

Eagle Group XX/USA appreciates the fact that DRN recognizes these important issues and has taken steps to improve the safety and productivity of agents utilizing their services.

The changes made by DRN including adjusting the non-compete from 1 year to 90 days following written 30 day notice, requiring an agent to have a 24hr contact number to working hours M-F, and creating a Geo fence around an Agents lot to restrict those scans from traveling though certain data pathways, so agents aren’t wasting time on advanced alerts will go a long way in improving the productivity of the agent’s efforts as well as increasing their safety.

Eagle Group XX/USA members recognize the position LPR has on our playing board and will continue to monitor all efforts and transparency of LPR providers and again we thank DRN for their leadership in making these important changes.
