Resolvion Announces Full Integration of Agent Billing into RDN

Eliminates the Need for Wombat Invoicing

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Charlotte, NC — 11/24/2025 — Resolvion, a leading national provider of repossession management and skip-trace services, is pleased to announce a major enhancement to its billing and invoicing operations: full integration of agent billing directly into RDN, ending the need for agents to invoice through the Resolvion Ancillary Portal (Wombat).

This advancement comes as part of Resolvion’s continued commitment to improving efficiency, reducing operational friction, and strengthening its partnerships across the repossession agent network.

All agent invoicing for Resolvion services—including repossession fees, ancillary fees, and additional billable services—will be submitted directly through RDN, creating a single, streamlined process that agents have long requested.

A Milestone Driven by Agent Feedback

“For years, we’ve heard your frustrations around double entry, portal hopping, and time lost in manual billing,” said Danny Mullen, Vice President of Operations at Resolvion. “Today, we’re proud to say we listened. Our integration with RDN represents a direct response to the feedback from our agent partners and an investment into building the most efficient workflow in the industry.”

The RDN invoicing integration will significantly reduce manual steps, eliminate redundant portals, and ensure invoices are captured, reviewed, and processed faster and more accurately.

Key Benefits for Agents

  • No More Billing in Wombat: All invoicing will now be sent directly through RDN.
  • Less Manual Work: Reduces double billing and repetitive data entry.
  • Streamlined Process: One place to submit, track, receive denials, and resolve billing items.
  • Faster Payment Cycle: A more structured invoice flow ensures fewer missed submissions and improved turnaround time.

A Commitment to Operational Excellence

“This integration isn’t just a technology upgrade—it’s a commitment to simplifying how our agent network does business with us,” said Danny Mullen. “Resolvion’s mission has always been to build strong, transparent, and efficient partnerships. Centralizing billing in RDN is a major step toward that vision, and it’s only the beginning of what we plan to deliver.”

Resolvion’s IT and Vendor Management teams have been working closely with agents throughout the development process to ensure smooth implementation and clear guidance. Agents who previously expressed interest in RDN billing are being onboarded first, with dedicated instructions and support.

Implementation Details

  • All invoices must be submitted within RDN, one line item per invoice.
  • Agents must ensure invoices include proper fee descriptions, and denials must be reviewed and resubmitted as new invoices through RDN.
  • “Send to Resolvion” must be clicked for successful submission.

Resolvion will continue providing timely updates, training materials, and support resources as the launch date approaches.

A Stronger Future for the Industry

“Our agents are at the heart of every recovery,” said Danny Mullen. “By integrating billing into RDN, we’re eliminating unnecessary bottlenecks and giving time back to the people doing the real work in the field. We’re excited for the efficiencies this will create for our partners nationwide.”
