Repo Man Threatened with Gun

Dover, PA – June 8, 2012 – Police report that they have arrested a Dover Township resident after he repeatedly threatened a Repo Man with a gun.

According to Northern York County Regional police reports, Saidrick Sherrod Lewis, 36, repeatedly pointed a black semi-automatic handgun at the unidentified Repo Man, who wisely returned to his tow truck and called 911.

Police report that the unidentified Repo man, a 37-year-old Lower Windsor man, had driven to the 4300 block of Devonshire Drive Friday afternoon to repossess a vehicle and was approached by Lewis while loading the vehicle onto his rollback tow truck.

Lewis was taken into custody without incident and charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, and terroristic threats.
