Buckingham Township, PA – April 19, 2015 – A 50 year old Philadelphia man allegedly took two shots at an unnamed Repo Man Saturday and now sits in jail held on charges of criminal attempted homicide, aggravated assault, terrorist threats and other related charges.
According to State Police, Matthew Bart Studner, 50, took two shots with a Soviet SKS rifle in the vicinity of an unnamed repossessor who was attempting to repossess a vehicle on behalf of a lender. Studner was taken into custody and is being held in Wayne County Correctional Facility as of Saturday night.
