Redwood City, CA – Recovery Database Network (RDN) today announced the availability of its E-Voice services to Limited Version licensees of RDN’s specialized software platform, which links auto lending institutions with recovery companies.
E-Voice is a service enabling recovery agents to use their mobile or landline phone to call-in an audio update on the status of a recovery assignment. This audio update is automatically transcribed by RDN and placed in the lender-accessible electronic case file for the assignment. Agents using E-Voice no longer have to manually enter status updates online or carry a laptop while pursuing an assignment. Lenders also benefit by having more accurate and timely updates on the status of their recoveries.
