Meet the ARA’s Mentorship Committee

As an ongoing benefit to our members, the American Recovery Association (ARA) offers mentorship to our new members from some of the repossession industries finest talents in the business. We would like to provide you all an introduction to this fine team of volunteers.

Dominic Clegg is the chairman of the Mentorship Committee for ARA, in this role he is tasked with leading a group of seasoned veterans in the repossession industry. As the chairman, Dominic plays a crucial role in overseeing the mentorship program and ensuring that new members of the industry receive the guidance and support they need to succeed. Under Dominic’s leadership, the mentorship committee has implemented various initiatives to enhance the mentorship experience.

He has worked closely with committee members to develop a comprehensive mentoring program that covers all aspects of the repossession industry. From legal guidance to best practices, Dominic ensures that the mentors provide the mentees with valuable insights and knowledge.

Dominic’s experience in the industry has been instrumental in his role as chairman. Having worked as a repossession agent for 11 years, he has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that arise in this field. Dominic’s expertise allows him to guide the committee members in identifying the specific areas where mentees might need additional support or training.

In addition to his responsibilities within the mentorship committee, Dominic actively promotes the importance of mentorship within the repossession industry. Matt Freeman, Professional Towing and Recovery, with an impressive 28 years of experience brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. His long- standing tenure in the industry has equipped him with the expertise to tackle any towing challenge that comes his way.

Corey Rawson, Pathfinder Auto Recovery, has 16 years of experience, which adds a valuable perspective to the team. His dedication to excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction have made him a trusted name in the recovery business.

Al Gonzalez, West Texas Auto Recovery, has accumulated 19 years of experience in the field. His deep understanding of the region and extensive network have made him an indispensable asset to the team.

James McNeil, Daybreak Metro, with 20 years of experience to the industry

rounds out the team with his wealth of knowledge. His expertise in managing recovery operations brings knowledge every team needs to succeed.

Together, these professionals bring a combined total of over 130 years of experience to the industry. Their collective knowledge and skills form a powerhouse team that is capable of handling even the most challenging recovery situations.
