As an ongoing benefit to our members, the American Recovery Association (ARA) offers mentorship to our new members from some of the repossession industries finest talents in the business. We would like to provide you all an introduction to this fine team of volunteers.
Dominic Clegg is the chairman of the Mentorship Committee for ARA, in this role he is tasked with leading a group of seasoned veterans in the repossession industry. As the chairman, Dominic plays a crucial role in overseeing the mentorship program and ensuring that new members of the industry receive the guidance and support they need to succeed. Under Dominic’s leadership, the mentorship committee has implemented various initiatives to enhance the mentorship experience.

Corey Rawson, Pathfinder Auto Recovery, has 16 years of experience, which adds a valuable perspective to the team. His dedication to excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction have made him a trusted name in the recovery business.
Al Gonzalez, West Texas Auto Recovery, has accumulated 19 years of experience in the field. His deep understanding of the region and extensive network have made him an indispensable asset to the team.
James McNeil, Daybreak Metro, with 20 years of experience to the industry
rounds out the team with his wealth of knowledge. His expertise in managing recovery operations brings knowledge every team needs to succeed.
