surrender and exit the vehicle. Dallas was having none of that and rammed the police vehicles attempting to escape.

Officers then began using a tool to breach the driver-side window.

When the window broke, officers opened the door and attempted to remove Dallas from the car. Officers allege that Dallas made several attempts to grab an officer’s gun, but he was stopped.

Dallas then allegedly broke free from the police, which prompted an officer to tase him. Court documents say Dallas jumped out of the passenger-side door and ran across a high school lawn, which was where officers caught up to him and wrestled him to the ground. Officers said Dallas continued to fight with them until he was tased again and forcibly handcuffed.

Dallas faces charges of assault, criminal trespassing, robbery and robbery of a motor vehicle.
