Sherman, TX – May 13, 2022 – Different day, different state and a different weapon. A lone Repo Man arrived at the home Brian Maynard to repossess his car. Maynard wasn’t going to let it go without a fight and rushed from his home armed with a nail tip studded board. When that didn’t go as planned, he took it up a notch.
Sherman Texas Police were called to the reports of a disturbance at a residence at the intersection of South Walnut and Houston where they met the unnamed repossessor.
According to the agent, he was in the process of repossessing a vehicle registered to a Brain Maynard when he came rushing from the house armed with a long board with nails which the agent managed to push him away in defense.
Persistent, Maynard ran back into the house and emerged armed with a machete.

Keeping his distance to avoid physical injury, the agent backed off and watched as Maynard took it out on his truck.
Police arrested Brian “Machete” Maynard on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief.
There is no known injury to the agent and damaged to the truck are unknown. But then again, better the truck than the agent.
