Paramount Lender Solutions raises the bar in agent income

Paramount Lender Solutions establishes highest minimum wage within the repossession services industry for all employees to attract and retain quality employees

May 2, 2022 – Building on the company’s history as a leader in establishing a minimum rate of pay for its hourly employees, Paramount Lender Solutions announced today that it has raised its minimum hourly wage to $20.

This wage increase is on top of the $100,000 Life Insurance policy Paramount provides, at no cost, to all employees. Health Insurance coverage provided by Paramount also pays half of all employees’ premiums.

In addition to the increase in starting wage, in many markets around the country, Paramount is also offering a sign-on bonus and referral bonuses for repossession agents and field manager positions.

All non-driving, administrative, and lot staff positions across all states will now be paid $20 hourly, minimum.

For driving and field services positions, the minimum wage will be as follows:

California

$18 per hour during the day, $20 per hour during night and weekend shifts plus per car performance incentives.

Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Hawaii & New Mexico

$15 per hour during the day, $17 per hour during night and weekend shift plus per car performance incentives.

These driving positions also come with performance incentives on top of hourly pay increasing the actual take home pay dramatically.
