In recent days, there has been some discussion on various social media forums that there should be a regional or state level repossession association(s) for the southeastern states. Within state and regional levels, there are often more actions that can be accomplished than at the national level, where the national associations technically have no legal standing. We would like to attempt to coalesce this conversation into a meaningful quorum to identify the most desirous level for agency owners in this region.
Be it state or regional in level, we would appreciate the participation of all agency owners in the below listed states to participate so that we can focus the discussion and possibly begin the creation of such an association and who would be interested in joining.
