ARA Convention and North American Repossessors Summit Will Be Postponed Among Rising COVID-19 Safety Concerns
Due to the increased risk of COVID-19, the American Recovery Association will be postponing the ARA Annual Convention and the North American Repossessors Summit to a later date.
We understand the unique obstacles business
owners in our industry are currently facing during this time of change and
consolidation. Now more than ever, we know it’s important for the industry to
unify forces, establish industry standards and address concerns. However, as
the committee continued to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak over the past week, it
became clear that we must take immediate action to protect the health and
safety of our attendees.
With this in mind, the 56th ARA Annual Convention will now be held on
Wednesday, September 30, 2020 and the North American Repossessors Summit
will now be held from Thursday, October 1 – Friday, October 2, 2020.
For those who have registered as an attendee, sponsor or exhibitor, your
registration will automatically transfer to the new fall dates and you will not
need to re-register. If you have not yet registered, Regular Registration
prices will be extended until August 7, 2020.
If you have specific questions about the 2020 ARA Convention or NARS, please
reach out to homeoffice@americanrecoveryassn.org. We will continue to provide
more details in the coming weeks.
With unity at the forefront of our mission, we look forward to providing you
with incredible events this fall that safely bring together recovery
professionals from all over the country. Please continue to uphold the latest safety
guidelines and precautions during this time, and we promise to do
the same.
Sincerely,
Dave Kennedy
ARA President
