To get a better understanding of the COVID-19 impact to recovery agencies, MBSi conducted an anonymous survey intended for agency owners about the current state and outlook of their business operations during and after the pandemic. In addition, the information was also intended to help educate lenders. MBSi lenders collectively represent approximately 1 million annual repossessions. At the close of the survey, over 360 recovery owners weighed in. Upon sharing the results with the lenders, it was clear the original fee question was too broad, so they opened a second survey to dive deeper into fees for involuntary repossession and prioritization of case management.
The information asked in the follow-up survey is invaluable to helping lender partners better understand your business outlook. If you have not already had the opportunity to take the follow-up survey – there is still time! In an effort to get as much participation as possible, MBSi decided to extend the deadline until Thursday, 4/30/20 after which results will be shared with all participants.
The overall objective for MBSi is to ensure a thorough understanding about the difficulties and expectations of the recovery agencies when business returns to normal – so let your voice be heard by clicking the link below. The survey is intended for recovery agency owners and iscompletely anonymous.
