Where the repossession industry gets its news

Eagle Group XX Now Offering Discounted FACT and SECT Training for Smaller Agencies

PRESS RELEASE

3 December 2018 – Eagle Group XX, comprised of 20 Asset Recovery Industry Leaders, made a major announcement this week regarding their highly accepted Field Agent Compliance Training (FACT) and Support Employee Compliance Training (SECT).

These programs were developed by Eagle Group XX to provide the industry with affordable training program for their field agents and support employees and was one of the first programs to include continuing education on a quarterly basis.

Ron Brown, a nationally recognized “Expert Witness” on wrongful repossession and as the facilitator for the Eagle Group XX he holds the ACA Fellow and Scholar degrees as well as the coveted Credit and Collection Compliance Officer designation. Brown is also a member of the International Fellowship of Certified Collection Executives and he has stated that the Research and Development costs of the programs have been fully paid and now the only expenses are related to the preparation of the quarterly CE programs which include grading the tests and issuing the Credentialing Certificates so therefore Eagle Group XX members have agreed to lower the annual cost to $19.95 per trainee.

The cost for the 2019 FACT and/or SECT programs will now be less than $20.00 annually which includes the quarterly training programs. If a person is already FACT/SECT Credentialed the renewal costs for 2019 again has been reduced to $19.95.

“Compliance and safety has become a major issue in the recovery industry and the members of Eagle Group XX are doing everything they can to help the smaller agencies with close profit margins and limited cash flow, as well as the large agencies with so many employees they cannot afford the high costs of training each one by producing high grade compliance training at a low cost.

“I never want to have an agency owner take a witness stand and hear them say that a breach of Peace or wrongful repossession or wrongful death” has taken place because they could not afford to properly train an employee, Brown says. “If you cannot afford $19.95 to properly train an employee maybe you should be in another business.”
