The members of Eagle Group XX and the Eagle Group USA Referral Network, fully understanding the importance of compliance with Federal and State Regulatory Statutes which impact the Asset Recovery Industry and realizing that it not sufficient to “just have written policy” but rather it is an obligation to ensure compliance training on the mandated regulations as well as their related policies and procedures. For full compliance it is imperative that the training and compliance programs are installed, monitored, and updated as annually or as required.
To ensure the mandated regulations and procedures are followed Eagle Group XX has developed the Annual Regulatory Compliance (ARC) Training Module Program.
The ARC Training Modules are available, at no charge, to all members of the Eagle Group XX and to the members of the Eagle Group USA Referral Network. The Annual Regulatory Compliance (ARC) Training Programs will also be available to all members of National Trade Organizations and the industry as a whole for a nominal fee.
Realizing that that Regulatory Statutes are “Living Laws” and subject to change based on court rulings, legislative additions and deletions or other things which may affect their interpretations they will be reviewed as needed and at least annually with updates or changes made as required by an ACA International Certified Credit and Collection Compliance Officer.
The ARC Training Modules will consist of written material, directions for integrating the required regulations with their policies and procedures into the agency daily protocol and a test which must be completed and returned for grading and remediation as needed prior to the issuance of a “Certificate of Training”.
The Certificates of Completion for each ARC Training Module will run on a calendar year schedule, expiring on December 31 of the year the test is completed and submitted to the Eagle Group XX Education Unit.
The first ARC Training Module, ARC-8, The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) has been completed and is currently available with 19 more programs on the drawing board ranging from the Equal Opportunity Credit Act (EOCA) to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Janet Kramer, Eagle Group XX, Secretary, and Regulatory Training Coordinator will oversee the distribution, grading, remediation, and the issuance of Certificates of Completion.
A score of 90% with required remediation will be considered a passing grade and tests may be retaken every 30 days and requests for the ARC Training Modules and returned completed tests should be directed to:
