DRN attended the North American Repossessors Summit again this year in October 2021 at the Omni, Las Colinas. This is the largest gathering of its kind in the repossession industry and was a great chance for us to interact with our Affiliates and Industry Leaders. This was DRN’s first year to co-brand with MVTRAC at NARS. Our combined team represented all parts of our businesses so that we could offer affiliates a range of opportunities from discussing camera hardware to training to how our services can help them grow their businesses.
NARS was an ideal opportunity to educate repo agents about DRN’s affiliate program, while we gained a better understanding of agents’ needs so that we can provide even better service. Our focus is always on what we can do to help our agents operate more efficiently, grow and be more successful – their growth and success translates to our own. We also had many discussions about the state of the industry and where we expect it to go as business and the economy continue to recover from the pandemic.
A highlight of NARS was our Repo at the Ranch event, where we spent focused time with our affiliates in a casual setting, had candid conversations and showed appreciation for our agent network. We also presented our Elevate the Agent awards, and it was a pleasure and privilege to recognize our top affiliates for strong performance through such a challenging time.
NARS was an important chance for us to spend time with our agents, building awareness on both of sides of each other’s capabilities, needs and opportunities for partnership and unity. We look forward to NARS 2022!
