MN October 8, 2013 The 2013 CU Recovery Collection Academy was another successful exchange of information on how credit unions can increase effectiveness in their collection departments. The sold out crowd included 81 credit unions from 24 states and many credit unions sent several people from their collection departments to take advantage of the rich content found in 5 separate sessions. Wendy Elieff, Vice President of Sales & Service for the company, facilitated the 2 ½ day conference.
