Our Mission for the New Year
In 2026, TexasARP remains committed to bridging the gap between recovery professionals, law enforcement, and financial institutions. By providing continuing education, we ensure that every member is equipped with the knowledge of current repossession laws to prevent “breach of peace” and ensure safe, legal recoveries.
We also continue our strong support for the Repo Alliance, our voice on Capitol Hill and the Recovery Agents Benefit Fund (RABF), supporting the families of repossessors in their times of greatest need.
