Another Eagle Group XX First!
Eagle Group XX, a recovery industry 20 group, was formed in 2010 by Millard Land, Rusty Ansell, and Ron Brown to advance professionalism, ensure compliance and offer structured training programs for all members of the asset recovery industry.
Fast forward 16 years to 2026 and the Eagle Group XX is recognized for introducing numerous “FIRSTS” in the asset recovery industry.
First, to utilize a “Challenge Coin”, now an industry standard among associations and agencies. First, to introduce the concept of “Virtual Agency and Lot Inspections”, now utilized by most trade and compliance groups in the industry.
First, to have comprehensive training modules specifically for field, lot and office personnel (FACT) Field Agent Compliance Training, (SECT) Support Employee Compliance Training, the highly acclaimed safety training program (SACADET) Situational Awareness, Confrontational Avoidance & De-Escalation Techniques and most currently (CARAT) Credentialed Asset Recovery Agent Trainer. First, to offer this training at “NO COST”.
First, to establish a uniformly trained and compliant national referral network of men and women dedicated to compliance and professionalism. First, to provide a national communication network to instantly respond to agent questions and specific needs. First to provide a 24/7/365 Toll Free number to assist members.
And now the EAGLE GROUP XX announces another “FIRST” in the recovery industry,
“EAGLE GROUP INTERNATIONAL”
Based on client referral requests and recognition of our shrinking world with vehicles being purchased and financed by US lending institutions and transported out of the country, Eagle Group XX has established an international referral network of agencies whose employees are trained with the Eagle Group XX training modules, possess a living document Policy & Procedures Manual as well as an Emergency Management & Disaster Plan and aware of federal and state statutes related to collateral recovery.
The Southern Division of the Eagle Group International Referral Network will be overseen by long time industry member from south Texas, fluent in Spanish and very knowledgeable of Central and South America, Roger Sullivan, recently appointed Eagle Group Director of International Affairs.
The first application has been approved and accepted is Recovery Elite 323, Attorney Mauro Aquino, in the asset recovery industry 5 years and specializing in high end automobile recovery out of Jalisco, Mexico.
Applications are pending from England, France, Panama and Dubai and more agencies will be added as they apply and are vetted.
Eagle Group XX Goes International – Eagle Group XX Goes International – Eagle Group XX Goes International
