Chicago, IL – August 13, 2013 – 46 year old former CEO of the much reviled Renovo Services, a major national repossession forwarding company, was cycling near his vacation home in Chikaming Township, MI, when he was struck and killed by a a car driven by a 67-year-old woman was around 5 p.m yesterday.
Renovo services, now under new ownership by the name of Primeritus, was the often topic of tirades by the repossession community and under fire for employment practices as well as one wrongful death lawsuit.
Editors Note: I met Mr. Flynn at NARS 2011 and found him to actually be a very quiet and professional man. Despite the opinions of many, he and Renovo changed the repossession industry. For better or worse, he had an impact.
