Repo Man Hit By Fleeing Car

handcuffs1Vacaville, CA – May 29, 2013 – A Repo Man working for Midnight Express was struck by a borrower in the subject vehicle attempting to flee a repossession attempt on Monday.

The unnamed Repo Man was allegedly attempting to repossess a 2007 Chevy Cobalt at 5:22 p.m. on the 1500 block of Alamo Drive when Vacaville resident Jessie Williams, 28, approached him, claiming that he had bought the vehicle on Craigslist.

Williams allegedly pushed the Repo Man away and jumped into the car to flee. Williams reportedly struck the Repo Agent’s right knee with the car while fleeing the scene. The victim declined medical attention.

Despite William’s attempt to run away he was located and arrested later that evening on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.

  1. I have been hit a few times too. The agent did the right thing to call the police. But he should have the injury checked. Symptoms may not show up till later. Hope he got the car. Hope there is no damage to the leg. I always let the client know what happened. This information may be needed later.
