Man Convicted for Hatchet Attack on Repo Man

gavelBisbee, AZ February 10, 2013 – Almost two years after the hatchet attack on an Arizona Repo Man, Josh Alan Albirtton has been found guilty after previously having been found incompetent to stand trial.

On Friday in Cochise County Superior Court, Albritton was found guilty of all charges against him, including three counts of aggravated assault against the Garden Canyon Recovery Repo Man, whose suffered “severe lacerations” from a hatchet attack to his foot, seven counts of misconduct involving weapons, depositing explosives and refusing to provide his truthful name when lawfully detained.

Albritton first attacked the Repossession agent on On March 26, 2011, at about 3:47 a.m.
