Last year was particularly memorable. The company’s 15 employees participated in a heartwarming challenge: each was given a shopping cart and instructed to fill it to the brim with toys and food. This toy drive has been a beloved tradition for three consecutive years, bringing smiles and hope to countless families during the holidays.

This year, the Giannone team decided to do something equally special but with a new twist. They adopted five struggling families, ensuring that their holiday season would be filled with warmth, joy, and essential goods. But they didn’t stop there; the team also sponsored eight different “Shop with a Cop” events across various police departments in Montgomery County. This initiative allowed children to shop for gifts under the guidance of local law enforcement officers, fostering community spirit and reinforcing positive relationships between families and police.
