Nashville, TN – November 27, 2024 – With a tow truck ready to repossess her car, a woman panicked. Speeding away down the turnpike and fleeing two attempts at traffic stops, she passed a police roadblock and met her end.

On Monday night of the 25th of November, an unnamed repossessor attempted the repossession on an Infinity QX5 when 51-year-old Timberly Martin and another person too flight.
Speeding down the Murfreesboro Turnpike, she fled past two separate attempted traffic stops before the Infiniti struck a tree and an unnamed passenger got out before resuming flight.
In her mad dash to freedom, she encountered a blocked section of road on a closed portion of Briley Parkway where police were already attending to an unrelated accident involving two vehicles that had crashed into each other and a fallen tree ahead.
While the southbound lanes were closed for workers clearing the tree and vehicles from the roadway, the driver of the Infinity entered the closed portion of the parkway and hit the downed tree.
Martin died at the scene.
