ARA Negotiates PAR Contract Changes
PAR Contract Updated
A few weeks ago we announced a meeting between ARA board members and PAR to discuss PAR’s most recent contract version 4/3/2023.We’re grateful to PAR for attentively listening to our contract concerns and taking action to address them. Â
In the end, PAR agreed to change, clarify or define in more detail the language or contract details we were most concerned about. In our estimation, the revised contract is fair and will benefit a good recovery business operator.
If you have already signed and returned the original contract, please note that PAR will NOT be sending out a new contract.  You will need to reach out to PAR directly to receive an updated contract for signature.
As we’ve said before, you are still responsible for your own contract terms. We encourage you to have all contracts reviewed by an attorney to ensure you fully understand your rights and responsibilities.
We appreciate PAR being a great business partner, acting in the best interest of ARA’s members. We look at this partnership as a model to follow in the future.   Â
The Benefits of ARA Membership
As an ARA member, you have an advocate working for you and your business interests – ensuring you are supported and protected to the maximum extent possible.
While this news benefits everyone in the industry, member or not, most of the advocacy work ARA does benefits members first. If you are on the fence about joining ARA, there’s never been a better time. Â
