A Special Thank You to Primeritus Financial

The ARA Board of Directors and the entire ARA membership want to recognize and thank Primeritus Financial Services, Inc. for working with our association and Harding Brooks to make modifications to its indemnification contract language. The new proposed language includes:

Primeritus shall defend, indemnify and hold Contractor and its directors, officers and employees from and against any Losses that are incurred, suffered by or threatened against Contractor to the extent such Losses arise from the negligence or intentional misconduct of Primeritus or a Client of Primeritus.  For purposes of clarity, Contractor is required to defend and indemnify the Primeritus Parties against any claim that Contractor or its representative breached a provision of this Agreement or Applicable Law.
