Noxubee Count, MS – July 20, 2022 – This is a story that happens almost daily. But as rarely as it gets reported, just as rarely, does law enforcement press charges. But one young man is now wanted for his attempt.
According to Noxubee County Sheriff Tommy Roby, an unnamed recovery agent attempted to repossess a vehicle near Highway 14 West and Mt. Mariah Road.

It is there that 24-year-old Ladarius Tompkins allegedly attempted to run him down.
Tompkins has been charged with aggravated assault. His bond has been set at $25,000.
